Do I need technical skills to use your templates?
No! Our small business websites are designed for ease of use. We can customize text, images, colors, and layout.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. You can connect your existing domain or purchase a new one through our platform.

Are your Websites mobile-friendly?
Absolutely. All our sites are responsive, meaning they look great on desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

Can I switch Designs after I’ve started building my site?
You can always change your design, but there is an additional cost for doing so.

Do you offer e-commerce SOLUTIONS?
Yes, we offer e-commerce and on-demand store options. Depending on the package you have chosen, there may be additional costs.

Is hosting included?
No, hosting is an additional cost. You will receive an invoice at the end of each calendar year which is due on January 1 of the following year.

Do you offer customer support?
Yes, we offer support just as we do for all products. You may connect with us via a support ticket here.
Can I export my website to another platform?
Currently, our websites are optimized for our platform and cannot be exported. However, you can always migrate your content manually if needed.

GETTING STARTED: WHAT YOU WILL NEED
These are the items you will need to jump start your small business website. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our team about any items you don't have or are unsure by emailing us at connect@bananas.email.
1. Logo and Colors
You will be asked to provide your logo, brand colors and any specific fonts your brand requires. If you have a brand guide, our team will use that as a roadmap as well. If you don't have a logo, brand, etc. our team is happy to create that for you at an additional cost. Formats for logo should be in PNG or jpg format. We will not alter your logo, however, if you have multiple versions such as full color, all black and all white, please provide as this will allow us more flexibility in design.
2. Photos and Video
You can upload a maximum of 20 photos to be used on your new website. You can also upload up to three videos to showcase your products and/or services. Please be prepared to upload the photos either one-by-one (maximum upload file size of 15MB), in a zipped folder or send a link to Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. Similiarly, if you have video, please be prepared to provide those in an upload, link or other form.
3. Content and Information
This is the main portion of your website. Be prepared to provide information such as:
